This trip was such a blast for so many reasons! Here were our first two days:
Our first day in So. Cal., we met up with our friends Kristy, Zach and their kids at their rental. They rented a house instead of getting a hotel and it was SO nice! They came and picked us up at our hotel - while we waited, the boys had a blast catching snails.
The kids basically swam all day. It was so beautiful!

The babies cooperated and we adults were able to sit out and chat for most of the day. Our friends Shanna and Kamron came down too! All of these friends used to live in CO, then migrated out to different parts of CA. We miss them!

This little gal was just a baby last time I saw her. Now she's so big!!
Parker and Jeddi. We put the kids down at their house each night so we could hang out late. It worked great and we had tons of time to catch up with our friends!
The next day we started off at California Adventure and went for lunch at Goofy's kitchen (a family tradition). The boys were very excited to see all of the characters!

This is the ENTIRE reason they love going to Goofy's kitchen. They get to choose everything they eat AND make a crazy sundae!

Lish met up with us at California Adventure after lunch. The boys were CRAZY excited to see her. It was so cute: when Parker spotted her down the path, he literally took off running and jumped into her arms!

The boys LOVED the new Ariel ride (it was one of my favorites, too - the animatronics are ridiculously good!)
