I know, these posts are WAY late, but I do have a good excuse: I'm Young Women's President now! I've had a big learning curve and I've been crazy busy - plus, we went on a few trips in the last month or two! We have a snow day today, so I'm trying to get caught up...we'll see how successful I am! Anyway, to our last Christmas post:
We spent Christmas Eve with some friends of ours - we had Chinese food and acted out the Christmas story:
Then we got all ready for Santa:
And the reindeer:
And the boys got their matching Christmas jammies!
I love Christmas Eve...so peaceful.
Christmas Morning!!! They actually opened up Grandma's presents on Christmas Eve via iChat. These sweatshirts are still their favorites - SO COOL!
Can you believe my Mom made these? From scratch?? I know. They are insanely good!
Opening presents:
Rhys loves his new Lamb crib toy - Landon had his name this year :)
I wanted to take a really good family Christmas photo, but even with later church, we were still rushing out the door! This is as good as it got this year:
We really had a lovely Christmas! One of the highlights for me was doing our ward Christmas program. There's something about listening to all of those beautiful hymns sung by an amazing choir, mixed in with a fantastic speaker that just really brings in the Spirit. I felt so lucky to have been a part of it!
